My name is Martins. I am a triathlon and running coach. I live and train in Riga, Latvia and provide triathlon and running coach services in Latvia and all over the world. I compete in Age Group Ironman, Ironman 70.3 and shorter distance triathlons and running races in Europe. I have finished in podium positions in Latvian triathlon nationals and run some fast marathons. More information about me please read HERE

Set Your goals

Get smart watch and create TrainingPeaks account and download app on Your smartphone or tablet

 

Contact Me 

Provide a name, e-mail and if you want a telephone number on the contact form. I will contact you during the day.

After You contact me:

  • You will fill questionnaire

  • We will set a meeting (online or in person in Riga)

  • We will set goals for the upcoming season/races

  • I will develop high level training plan and weekly detailed training plan using TrainingPeaks platform including current performance assessment

  • You will start Your journey to Your best performance

How and what to eat to maximize performance? What is the best pre-race and race day nutrition and fueling strategy? I will give You simple tips for best strategies to maximize training gains and race-day performance.
